What does it mean to be part of an Association?  Living at Cedar Terrace means that you have more than 140 close friends and neighbors.  

What does it mean to be a Board member?  It is the goal of the Board of Directors to  promote the recreation, health, safety, and welfare of all residents at Cedar Terrace Townhomes.  To be a Board of Directors member, one must follow explicitly the Covenants, Bylaws, Rules & Regulations at all times, providing leadership, direction, and fairness to all of our friends and neighbors here at Cedar Terrace Townhomes.
